What Are You Living For

Now think about it, what are you living for?
When your spirit goes wandering upon the wind, look at the past, the present and the future.
What have you done? What are you striving to gain? And what will come to you?
Are you focusing on titles, degrees, wealth and never stop working? Are you fed up with the naughty kids and the tough road every time? And do you always complain about what you are having and wish you were in another situation?
If your answers are yes, then be careful that you are missing out on life.
And Scrooge, once a hard, clever, mean old man, said yes. He was so!
The coldness inside Scrooge froze the air around him. He liked being on the edge of people’s life and that was what they wanted, as they were afraid of his rudeness. For him there was no merry Christmas and he was sick of it until the ghosts visited his house during the Christmas Eve.
He allowed the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Yet. The shadows reminded him of his warm childhood but also reminded him the mistakes he had made. He saw his poor but grateful clerk joking, laughing, and having dinner with his pleasant big family. He then found the joy of his nephew’s party and end up the special tour with the fright of death.
That was a long, tired and mysterious evening. Scrooge thought about the meaning of life seriously. With his kind and cheerful heart, he now became a generous, thankful and smiling man. He suddenly realized that the sky seemed to be brighter and the day was never liked this merry.
At the turning of his life, the ghosts tried to give him their suggestions. For us, there’s only our own spirit telling us what we should do.
We are all doing our best in this fast developing world. We are busy and we are tired. If you lose the way and feel frustrated all year around, try to love the world. You will earn much more than you have given to others, because happiness will stay for long.
Never go for looks as they will decay someday. Never go for wealth, because it can fade away. There’s only one thing that will not tarnish. That is love! A beggar can be loved without a bill, but millionaires won’t be loved by others if they never give. And you should tell these two things apart. To give property to the poor isn’t truly giving, you also need to love by heart.
Love more and gain more through the way you are giving. Every day before you sleep, please think about what you did and what will happen next. That will help you to find the right way you need to do. And remember to love all the time, without anger and repentance. You need to know, the happiest person doesn’t necessarily have the best of everything but he surely knows how to love and treasure the things on his own.
For the past, please treasure the memories, the things you saw, the one who have came into your life, no matter how soon they stayed and what they did and never forget the happy scenes.
For the present, please give 100% effort to love and thank for everything you have.
For the future, please look forward and you can feel the troubled end if you never love.
The ghosts are always there reminding you.
