Shi Tieqiang, former dean of the School of Russian Language at Beijing Foreign Studies University,professor, doctoral tutor, member of the Foreign Language Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and head of the Russian 4th and 8th test teams, and secretary of the Foreign Languages Section of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. Awarded "the Medal of Pushkin" of the Russian Federationin 2008.
