Each living thing needs a place to live.
We call this place the living thing’s habitat.
A habitat gives the living thing everything it needs to live.
The plant’s habitat is a wall. The wall is its home.

The eagle’s habitat is around forests and lakes.
Here, the eagle finds everything it needs to live.
It needs food, water, air and a home.
It has a very large habitat.
