On April 3, 2026, Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd. (CTI), Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP), and Vietnam International Chinese Education Books Joint Stock Company formally signed an exclusive licensing agreement for the Vietnamese edition of the New HSK Course. This marks the first overseas licensing for the publication and promotion of this textbook series, with Vietnam being the licensed country.

    The partnership focuses on the publication, distribution, and market promotion of the Vietnamese edition. It seeks to fully integrate the three parties’ strengths in research and development, international publishing, and local operations. The aim is to promote high-quality international Chinese language education materials in Vietnam, improving their local adaptability and teaching effectiveness.

    Li Peize, Chairman and General Manager of CTI, stated that the New HSK Course is a crucial resource for Chinese learners worldwide. This collaboration will ensure its high-quality localization in Vietnam and strengthen the alignment between teaching and testing. CTI will leverage its platform to coordinate resources and ensure the project’s smooth implementation.

    Wang Fang, Secretary of the CPC Committee of FLTRP Group, Chair of the Board of FLTRP Group and President of FLTRP, noted that this partnership is a significant step in exporting premium Chinese educational resources. FLTRP will utilize its digital, data-driven, and international publishing strengths to help the New HSK Course reach a wider global audience.

    Tran Anh Chung, Chairman of International Chinese Education Books Joint Stock Company, stressed that the company will use its local expertise to tailor its efforts to Vietnamese learners, while also advancing the series’ distribution and expanding its reach across the country.

    This collaboration is a key initiative to drive the localization, systematization, and scaling of international Chinese education resources. It will further enhance the relevance and impact of the New HSK Course in the Vietnamese market, providing local learners with high-quality, standardized resources and injecting new momentum into Sino-Vietnamese educational exchange and cooperation.
